How do I return an item?

If There Is A  Problem With Your Order Please Contact Us Within 24 Hours Of Receiving Your Browband

Kaptivation Browbands will not be responsible for the the customer ordereing the wrong size/colour browband, so please MAKE SURE you have it all correct

If the problem is our fault we will offer a repair and reimburse the postage expense to you when the item arrives at Kaptivation Browbands - The item must be received within 7 days of original correspondence

We will also not be resposible for any repairs dues to to mistreatment, we will offer to fix at customers expense.

We can send replacement stones at a small fee.
